IRC Key Password Reset

There have been numerous IRC Keys compromised in the life span of the site. The two main reasons for this are:
- Recycled/Duplicated IRC Keys from other sites.
- Weak passwords

Due to the above, we have instituted a mandatory IRC Key password reset and we have begun hashing the IRC Keys instead of storing them in plaintext in the database or showing the passwords on the profile edit page.

Please note IRC Keys are passwords, they should be strong and unique. As such, we have updated the minimum requirements for a valid IRC Key to match that of the site passwords.

We understand that this might be an inconvenience to many, but we felt this was an important step to take to protect the security of our user base as a whole.
