hey guys i have a problem with SCC
whenever i am trying to access SCC it asks some username or password but i am not able to login the popup come again and again

A fucking hacker probably hacked your account.
Go to their IRC and try to recover it.

no dude in my browser the page of login is not coming only one popup window is coming for username and password

try another browser ..

But I did try to fail logging in and it's supposed to tell you that you have (x) number of tries left, but it didn't.
