Lots of Chinese official government sites have been defaced by the intruders from Pakistan. About four hundred domains owned by the Xuchang City People’s Procuratorate have suffered over the past few days. In addition, the Lushan County, Henan Province People’s Government portal, along with the City of Rushan’s official sites also became casualties.

According to local media reports, commercial websites in the country were also defaced with messages from the intruders. There were notes left like: “For those who are killing innocent Muslims, disturbing them, we gave you warning Hindu and Christians, but you didn’t stop your cheapless acts”. The messages were signed by “Pak cyber attackers”. In the meantime, other hacked websites were scrawled with the message describing an attack as the one targeting those who abuse Mohammad and hackers’ religion, and who killed innocent Muslims. The hackers claimed that Islam was religion of peace, and called for the Chinese to stop making fun of Muslims and Mohammad. While part of the suffered websites had managed to clean up the messages the hackers left, others are still showing them.

But China appeared to be not the only target of the Pakistani hackers: about twenty Bangladeshi official government sites were also attacked during the weekend. Local media confirms that the government websites, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, were showing messages like: “You have been hacked”, or “This is a PayBack From Pakistan Cyber Army”.
