It wasn’t long ago that NeptOOns staff team decided to call it quits and shut the site down. This may have been lack of swarm activity on the tracker or donations, not entirely sure.
For those of you that didn’t know NeptOOns was a cartoon niche private tracker. This month the site has made a return but not as a tracker. The site is apparently going to be a Warez-DDL site for cartoons so if you like cartoons and you are a Direct download fan then this site is for you.
The site was just re-birthed after closing so I’m sure uploaders are more then welcome to join the site and get on the upload squad, everyone knows any site could use more uploaders.
Currently the site is open registrations so if you would like to join or get back to your old cartoon community you loved and lost, now is your chance!
