Nebulance is a ratioless tracker but this doesn't mean that you do not have to seed per rules. At the time of this writing, there are 67 accounts with more than 10 hit and runs. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Many accounts that far exceeded that number of hit and runs have now been disabled. This is a fair warning to all outstanding accounts with excessive hit and runs, to fix them or you will be disabled. I shall check the list one week from today. Those still on the list will be disabled and there will be no redemption.
