Site Wiki and Recording/Encoding Request System

Hello club members! Just as is said in the post title, today we'd like to announce the new site wiki and show request system.

First, let's dive into the wiki. It can be accessed at https://wiki.jptv.club/ using the same login credentials as the main site. The main content can be found using the navigation bar on the left.

It is admittedly a little barebones at the moment, but it serves its current purpose well: to track and report the major shows and movies that will be or are being recorded and uploaded to the TS firehose. Though these pages serve many purposes, for most people they'll be useful to know what upcoming shows, series, and movies you can surely except to find uploaded in the TS firehose. If the show you want is already on the relevant wiki page then all you've got to do is sit back and wait for it to hit the site. But what if your favorite show/movie isn't there? Simple! Just make a request.

Next, let's talk about the request system. If there's an upcoming broadcast of something you want, be it a show, movie, documentary, whatever, all you need to do is make a request in the relevant request thread. (Note: these are for recording requests - encoding requests are separate)

• November 2020 Movie recording requests TV and movie request threads are handled slightly differently, so please make sure to read the directions in the first post if you want your request to go through. New threads will be created periodically to capture new requests: seasonally (by quarter) for TV shows, and monthly for movies.

We're open to iterating and improving this system as needed, so if you've got any thoughts or feedback please let us know in the comments section below.
