Please only create V1 torrents for jpopsuki

There's a new torrent format that clients and trackers began adopting, however, jpopsuki will not be able to support it in the foreseeable future.

Please only create V1 torrents for jpopsuki, don't use V2 or Hybrid options

In particular, qBittorrent 4.4 defaults to creating these new "V2" torrents. Please pay attention and change the "Torrent format" field value to "V1" in the torrent creator dialogue when creating torrents for our tracker.
