Please note if you are bellow the 15 GB limit and you have pm with warning if you don't make 15GB your account will be disabled on 1-st of the next month. So hurry up and make the Quarter.

I also hate requirements as a seller, because it's hard to keep so many accounts alive.
But let's be fair guys...
If a user won't download 15GB withing 3 months period, doesn't really need the tracker.
He is just a collector.
