GFT - The Forum Layout

You want the classical forum view in GFT's forum too? It is possible. New accounts will have it by default and you old users can fix it easy following this guide:

How to use the classic forumlayout
This does not apply to accounts created after this text was posted. You already have classic mode selected as default.

So you're like me and prefer the usual forum look instead of the GFT default? Most people are used to the classic "avatars left, information below it and signatures at the bottom".

It is possible to change and it is quite simple. A few clicks and you're there...

Here is the how-to:

First, find the "User CP link at the top left of the forum.



Then look in the right columns and find the "Display posts in classic mode." as shown on the picture below. Check that box.



At the bottom of the screen you find this amazing button called "Update Options". Try it, it does what it says it does!



Done, now reload the page and start using GFT's forum in a decent way.
