The Forum & Comment Rules have had a fairly thorough update and expansion. The foundation of the rules themselves are largely unchanged. However, there have been several additions and expansions. Most of these aren't new, they've just never been written out.

Also, there have been slight changes to some of the sub-forum rules. Most noticeably the ID Request rules
