Yes, all (must) of the powerful trackers in china: ttg, chd, hdw, hdsky etc. are down since december 27'.
The reason:
All of them released the movie the interview with chinese subtitles.
Since than the chinese government in "pursuit" after those sites who released the movie.

only hdsky is back,still the others
