Freeleech / Registration information

Notice 1: Its the start of the month, thus the end of Freeleech. But
dont worry, we will still be offering random global Freeleech now and
then, so keep your eye out!

Notice 2: We are closing registration on the 3rd!
Starting this month, CGPeers registrations will be closed to the public
(Invites will still work). Instead, we will only offer public
registration for 48 hours at the start of every month. Now giving us more than enough time to mass purge dupe users and iptable drop ranges with excessive abuse. Not like its difficult at all to maintain an account, but some people are pretty derp.
