You will see in your MemberCP panel that you have "Quests" and this is were you will see your quests. The Quests are all automated you don't have to check in or anything like that as soon as you have achieved the quest the system will automatically update your stats. Quest Awards show along with all the other awards on profile, forums and top 10.
