Dear BtS Users,
As the title indicates, we have two announcements.

1. Stop of Invitation

As of 01 Nov. 2012 (Friday), invitation will be restricted to all users except staffs.
Invitation will not be available through the rest of the year.
If you have someone to invite, please do so before November.


2. Mandatory Evaluation for Download/Upload

We will perform an evaluation for Download/Upload.
The evaluation will be used to ‘clean-up’ the members.
Please do not get offended by the term ‘clean-up’.

The evaluation will be performed from 1st of November ~ 30th of November (30 days).
The required amounts of Download and Upload are as follows:

- Download: 30 Gigabytes
- Upload: 30 Gigabytes

The Download/Upload evaluation accounts for a real transferred data, no matter what if it is a Free-Leech or Half-Leech.
For example, if you download 30 Gigabytes of Free-Leech data during the period, you will hit 30 Gigabytes for your Download evaluation.

The evaluation will only be applicable to User, Power User members and will not be applicable to VIP, Elite User or above.
