This means AR will go offline in the afternoon for a few hours, this update includes the following things.

  • User Rank changes including promotion reqiurements.
  • Torrent Category changes.
  • Allowed Client list changes.
  • IrcBonus and SeedBonus changes to reflect changes listed above.
  • Invite forum.
  • Wiki/Rules changes.
  • RatioWatch enforcement.
