Turn Your Pictures into 3D in Windows
Not only did the evolution of recording devices made it possible to take pictures on the go with nearly any mobile device, but so did the type of pictures you can generate. Nowadays, a static image can even mean a 360 view.
Another popular image type is that in 3D, for which you need special glasses. A common 3D transformation is combining Red/Cyan versions of an image. Here’s how you can easily perform this transformation.
Using Roxio 3D Photo Creator
Step 1: Download, install, and run Roxio 3D Photo Creator.
Step 2-a: Click to Open a 2D image and pick the picture you want to convert.
OR:
Step 2-b: Select images for Left and Right eyes for sequential or tilted pictures.
Step 3: Rotate or move layers until you get a clear view. You need to use 3D glasses.
Step 4 (optional): Crop the image or apply grayscale effect. Press Reset Image to undo all changes.
Step 5: Press Save to generate your new 3D picture.
Using Axara Free 3D Image Creator
Step 1: Download, install, and run Axara Free 3D Image Creator.
Step 2: Open left and right images. Make sure they both have the exact same resolution.
Hint (Quick resize): Right-click an image and press edit to open it in Paint. Click Resize, choose Pixels, uncheck to keep aspect ratio and write down width and height to resize a picture.
Step 3: Press the Change name button to set destination, and choose the desired format.
Step 4 (Optional): Adjust depth by moving the Deep slider. Press Preview to see changes.
Step 5: Click to Create 3D Image.
