If you know how to use mIRC heres the details

Server : irc.torrentinvites.org
Channel : torrentinvites (Automatically joins when you're connected)

If you don't know how to use mIRC follow the steps below.

Step Number 1 :

Download mIRC Here. After your download is complete install it like we install other programs.

Step Number 2 :

After you install it and run mIRC for the first time you'll have to enter 4 fields.

Code:

1. Full name - Enter Any Name
2. Email - Enter An Email (A Fake one would be better to keep you anonymous)
3. Username - Your TI username. (Example : Slash)
4. Alternate Username - Some times you need this due to a ping disconnect or server split. (Example: Slash1)

Step Number 3 :

After you have added your info double click on the connect tab. Choose Servers sub-category. On the right hand corner you ll find the ADD option. After you click on ADD you'll have to enter the following.

Code:

Description : TorrentInvites
IRC server : irc.torrentinvites.org
Ports : 6667
Leave Group and Password options empty.

After you enter the details click on ADD.
Have a look at the image below.



Step Number 4 :

After all details have been added "TorrentInvites" which we added in the description should be available on the server list. Click on it once and click on select.



Step Number 5 :

Crosscheck all the info. If every things fine click on connect.



Step Number 6 :

After you connect and every things fine you should get connected to the IRC and you will auto join the main channel.



Start posting and having fun then.

Registering your nick : Not Necessary but highly recommended

We will now register your nick. It is not necessary as you can connect to the IRC without registering but is help full because it will not allow anyone to hijack your user name. I would recommend this to all users.

Its just a 1 time procedure after that you only have to confirm that you're the user by typing n your password every time you connect to the IRC.

Follow the below steps to do so :

/msg nickserv REGISTER YOUR_PASSWORD YOUR_EMAIL

Replace "YOUR_PASSWORD" and "YOUR_EMAIL" with the pasword and email you want. After you hit enter your nick will be registered. After that reconnect. It will ask you for your password or to change your nick in 60 Seconds.

Code:

/msg nickserv IDENTIFY YOUR_PASSWORD

After you hit in your password you'll be redirected to the main channel.

This will not allow any one else to hijack your account.

guys, i need help to identify this software. It's a bundle pack, inside includes mirc. (So the mirc.exe is already included inside.)
There are 2 softwares that I need to indentify as far as i remembered. One is full of colour & exciting themes, another more professional look.

I used them long time ago, now I cant figure out whats the name.

Any clue would be really appreciated.

is IRC down at the moment due to the upgrade? I tried joining it yesterday while the site was down to find out what was going on but i see irc.torrentinvites.org isn't resoving to an IP.

Is there still an irc channel for this community?I added but not connecting plus the channel is not listed in the tut only the server.Could someone give me some feedback please?Thanks!
