HEART-WARMING footage of two young African refugees experiencing their first snowfall has emerged.

Seven-year-old Zebiba, her younger brother Khedir, five, and their mother fled Eritrea for Canada thanks to a private sponsorship program.

In the video, Zebiba and Khedir can be seen playing and dancing in the cold, snowy yard of their temporary host family in Toronto.

The smile on the children’s faces as they enjoy a simple part of everyday life in Canada has been seen by millions around the world after the video went viral.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau publicly supports refugees looking to resettle and even retweeted Ripple Refugee Project’s video on Monday along with the message, “Amazing – now convince them that shoveling is fun and you’re all set. Thank you for everything you do, Rebecca. #WelcometoCanada.”
