I'm personally a fan of dinner because I'm never in the mood to eat breakfast in the morning, and lunch is a bit underwhelming sometimes at work. I usually even get a chance to run out and grab lunch when I'm on a job site... I got the foreman breathing down my neck to get either a conduit run deadline done or put up the daily quota of light fixtures and luminaries...

All the meal for me ....

Dinner for sure, I almost never eat breakfast. Making some tasty dinner after a workout is a peak of the day!
