I think the prices will be out of the normal range your are looking for , since satellite internet connections are very expensive.

I used it for a while , but i got the Incoming connections only service . it is cheaper than 2 way connection but you cant upload anything .

if you have a satellite card , i would suggest you try the random download service . its free & you'll get tons of free stuff without paying a dime.

You can't get that speed connection via satellite with low prices , mainly they are installed on movable applications where a static connection is hard to maintain.
you'll get 2084 connection within your price range.
