A TEACHER text a teen boy saucy emojis and said: "I’ll give you the B you give me the D".

Science teacher Armando Alejo sent the 17-year-old lad suggestive peach and aubergine emojis.

When the boy asked the former South Miami Senior High School teacher for extra credit, the teacher replied: "Convince me", and added a wink.

According to the Miami Times the teacher suggested improving his grades in exchange for sexual favours.

Alejo was banned from teaching for ten years.

The ex-teacher did not respond to requests for comment.

Documents show Alejo sent the texts during the 2016 term, to the 17-year-old boy.

He started the conversation by texting the teen that he'd received a 53.8 per cent score on an assignment.

Alejo later told the student, "I should f**k that booty."

The transcript shows the student made attempts to change the subject.

When the pupil stopped replying, the teacher responded with a host of question marks and lewd emojis.

Alejo was also ordered to attend the state's Recovery Network Program, designed for teachers with drug, alcohol, or mental health issues.

He is barred from teaching until at least 2028.
