In the Swiss laboratory they answered the words of Lavrov

In the Swiss laboratory they answered Lavrov's words about the poisoning of Sergey and Yulia Skripely with the poison BZ

Employees of the Swiss chemical laboratory reacted to the words of Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on the results of samples from the poisoning site of Sergei and Yulia Skripely. According to their laboratory analyzes, which the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry referred to, the former employee of the GRU and his daughter were poisoned not by Novikom, but by the chemical BZ, which was in service with the NATO countries.

"Only the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons can comment on this statement. But we can repeat what was said ten days ago: we have no doubt that Porton Down has identified the substance. Porton Down, like Spitz, are the designated OPCW laboratories, "representatives of the laboratory wrote on Twitter.

At the same time, specialists answered that their conclusions can be trusted, since the verification standards are very high.

On April 12, experts (OPCW) announced the results of the investigation into the Salisbury incident. The report does not include the name of the substance, nor is there any information about its origin.

On March 4, a British spy and former employee Sergei Skripal and his daughter Julia were poisoned in Salisbury. Now the condition of both victims has improved and they are on the mend.

The Swiss laboratory responded to Lavrov's statement about the poison poisoning the Fiddlers

Specialists of the chemical laboratory in Switzerland, Spie who analyzed the substance used in the poisoning in London of Sergei Skripal and his daughter, reacted to the statement of the Russian Foreign Minister. Earlier, Sergei Lavrov said that the poison that struck the Fiddles was identified as a chemical BZ, the recipe of which is owned by NATO countries.

The laboratory report published on Twitter says that it is only the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons that has the right to draw conclusions on the substance to which Skrypaly was poisoned, Nation News agency reports. "But ... we have no doubt that Porton Down has identified the substance," the laboratory workers emphasize. They also note that both laboratories - the British Porton Down and the Swiss Spitz are designated OPCW laboratories: "The verification standards are so stringent that the conclusions can be trusted."

Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry Sergei Lavrov said that the Scribles were poisoned with a BZ chemical, which is not produced in Russia, but is available to NATO countries. BZ is a neuro-paralytic poison that can temporarily disable a person. Information, according to Lavrov, was obtained on the basis of confidentiality from the OPCW from the Swiss Center for Radiological and Chemical-Biological Analysis in Spiez.
