MOSCOW, Feb. 17 (Itar-Tass) - RIA Novosti. Kiev will begin negotiations with Moscow only after the "resumption of the territorial integrity of Ukraine." This was during a lunch at the Munich Conference on Security, Peter Poroshenko said. The president's words are quoted by the publication GORDON.

"The day after the resumption of the territorial integrity of my country inclusive with the Crimea, we will be ready to begin negotiations on various other issues," he said.

Earlier in Munich, Poroshenko accused Moscow of "destabilizing the situation in Europe" and unleashing a "global hybrid war." He also demanded to ban the Russian flag around the world.

Crimea joined the Russian Federation after a referendum held there in March 2014. More than 95% of the inhabitants of the peninsula supported this step. At the same time, Kiev continues to consider the Crimea "temporarily occupied territory."

The Kremlin repeatedly stressed that the Crimeans made their choice in full accordance with international law and the UN Charter. According to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the question of the peninsula's belonging is "closed down definitively."
