Netflix experienced an outage lasting approximately 30 minutes, and affecting all of its streaming devices Wednesday afternoon. Users on Twitter reported outages in Australia, the UK as well as the US, with affected devices including various game consoles, Comcast’s X1 and the web version of the service.

First reports of the outage surfaced on Twitter at around 2:50pm PT. The company acknowledged the issue on Twitter at 3:05pm, but told users at 3:22pm that the issue had been resolved.

There is no word yet on what caused the outage.

The timing of the outage couldn’t have been more ironic for the company: Netflix announced earlier on Wednesday that it was raising its subscription prices in the U.S., which led investors to send the company’s stock to a new record high.
