i am from country paypl not availble in, and i have some trackers and i want to sell them so

i decided to sell them and transfer funds to some one have paypal to collect some moneyto buy something like trackers seedboxes servers but the problem when i asked anyone have it

he said that his account not let him to recieve funds as gift and others said to me that he take taxes on the reciveable

so i need to know all about paypal and if it doesnt recieve funds how can u sell ur trackers and recieve money

if i want to buy something from some one have paypal so i will transfer funds to him right and when he receive it he can draw or buy some thing



please provide me with all information about this issue

Hi trueman. U can use liberty reserve to accept and send payments. Otherwise i have paypal and i can help u. Good luck man

My advice is if your country does not support paypal then stay well away from it, a lot of good users have gotten into trouble on TI for messing with this stuff
