KIDNAP model Chloe Ayling will be called to testify at the trial of one of her alleged abductors.

Michal Herba, 37, faces an Italian court in October after UK judges extradited him in June.

His lawyer Simone Zancani said: “He was extradited with assurances of a fair trial.

“For that to happen Chloe will have to testify and be cross-examined.

“There are lots of questions to be answered.”

The mum, 21, of Coulsdon, South London, was held captive in Milan in July 2017 after being lured to a bogus job.

Herba’s brother Lukasz, 31 — from Oldbury, West Mids, like him — got 16 years’ jail at a June kidnap trial in Milan that did not quiz her.

Prosecutors instead relied on her earlier statements
