how can a user who is posting unlimited invites or GA have them in the first place??

i mean like any private tracker or public allows user to make a single account, and if caught with multiple accounts or same IP use then banned

so can someone explain me how this mechanism works? from where & exactly how do these users get unlimited or more then one accounts of a specific tracker in the first place

im new here, so someone kind enough to explain it to me? im not against it, just curious to know the details

Most of the trackers have specifics user classes, the highest userclass in a lot of trackers have many benefits, like unlimited invites.
