Can someone give me good advice how to make fast upload in Sinderella, so that I have invites? I dont see any rss feed or option to download torrents automatically. And when I start torrents with the seedbox, the speeds are every time low, because there are no many peers...

Download freeleech packs. It's very easy to get upload credits, say XXXG a day.

Well I don't watch this stuff that much but I can tell you how to get good upload on anytracker.
This month I got a free seedbox from TheTrader. Thanx.
What I did was Downloaded intresting stuff from diffrent trackers (public & private) Then made a torrent(with announce url from the tracker that I want buffer on), then uploaded it on the tracker. 20-30 people downloaded one of my torrent of size around 20GB thus I made great UpLOAD stats for myself.
I cannot tell exactly how much buffer I built up using this trick , but I can give you an approximation.
On some trackers like bitgamer & iptorrents I made up around 600GB of buffer in around 15 days of seeding.
All thanks to pulsemedia & TheTrader, without them& this community it wouldn't have been possible.
