i don't ignore your advice ..but the problem i haven't a seed box (haven't money to buy it )

and my speed so so low (50kb per second )it's very hard to get good radio (ex 1 radio ) on any private tracker .

it's the problem i can't be active on private trackers it's out of my hand ..

i download 1 GB in 10 hours or more

My download speed is around 70 mbp/s. It's super fast. When I used to download from TPB (back in it's prime) it would take me about 10 hours too. That was public. SCC would do you well I'd think.

Demonoid is a good tracker. Not very speedy, but lots of content. FTN, GFT, PTM, PTN, BTN, iTS, AO, are a few.

nCore , TRH , SceneFZ .... u can get these trackers more easy than my friend mentioned ...

Also try to get PiXelHD , It's a very good movie ratioless tracker with a very nice encoding team ...

And 10 hours for 1 GB is not because of your speed, its because no one seeds on public trackers. You should be fine even on ipt. Less your download speed, more advantage you can take of the bonus points. You dont need 100 GB buffer cause you dont have the download speed. Just download smallest files in ipt (files less than 10MB). Keep them seeding and exchange bonuspoints for upload credit.

Just checked ipt and their rules have changed. You get 0.1 points per hour per torrent. It used to be 0.5 points iirc. So it probably won't work. But you can still use the freeleech torrents. Better stick to a ratioless tracker.
