well guys i m not good with ratio based trackers hence my question is simple what are the ways to create a decent ratio or good buffer on ipt without a seedbox

IPT has a freeleech section. Just download from there and keep seeding until you have a good buffer. Just remember to pay attention to the number of seeders/leechers. Choose torrents that have a larger (or almost equal) number of leechers as seeders
