Guys I just got a HDroad buffered account ... The chinese is driving me crazy .. ... Can somebody summarize the rules for me ?? .. The account I have is 2 TB buffered, so how much do I need to download every month ? .. And are there any requirements for maintaining any specific ratio which I download myself ? .. And can I login from different IPs ? ... Anything else will be helpful too ..

You need to upload 5 Gb everymonth or to be more precise 4 weeks. Buffer doesnt matter they want you to keep using the tracker.

No, you need to 'download' 5 GB within 4 weeks. Your download should never be lower than 5.00GB or your account will be warned/banned. Here's where you look on your profile page:
