I want to remind everyone the new seedtime rules and updates:

- each downloaded torrent, regardless of size must be seeded for at least 7 days during one month from the time of completing 95% of it, or you must reach a minimum 1.001 ratio on it and at least two days seedtime on it, regardless of ratio.
- a torrent bigger than 10 GB must be seeded for at least 14 days during 1 month from the time of completing 25% of it, or you must reach a minimum 1.001 ratio on it and at least 3 days seedtime on it, regardless of ratio.
- a torrent bigger than 50 GB must be seeded for a month from the time of completing at least 5% of it, or you must reach a minimum 1.001 ratio on it and at least 7 days seedtime on it, regardless of ratio.
On a side note: you may preseed anything, for as long as you like, also you may overseed for as long as you like, there are no limits.Ratiowhoring is welcomed because it helps the swarm to achieve a constant good speed in time.But, if you have at least 100 Mbit external bandwith and plenty of time, like some of us do, instead of seedwhoring, you may apply for uploader, we will gladly accept you in our team and we will even provide you with sources for your uploads, if we feel that you are fit for the job and serious about your position as uploader.To apply for uploader, go here -->HD-bits.ro v3.06 beta :: Login page

Now, back to the seeding time for our users:
Anything related to your seeding time for completed torrents starting from today that does not comply with our new rules written above is considered a mockery and disrespect towards our HARD WORK and VALUABLE TIME, it's marked as hit and run and @ 20 h&r's for regular torrents under 10 GB we will disable your account.We will do the same for just 2 torrents bigger than 10 GB or 1 torrent bigger than 50 GB.Feel free to come to talk to us in irc, you'll receive a second chance, your account will be enabled and you will be warned for 56 days to fix your h&r's.If, by the end of the 56 days you won't fix your h&r's to 0, your account will be disabled for good.
VIP+ and Staff users are excluded from these rules, however abusing your status to h&r (over 100 h&r's) will be treated according to the rules (demotion to n00b custom title and account disabled), even for those types of users, regardless of class.However, if you donate monthly, you shouldn't have any problems at all, feel free to knock yourself out with h&r's.If you have been disabled, but you have donated to us monthly, let us know with proper proofs in our irc channel and we wil re-enable your account right on the spot and put you in your rightfull rank (HD-Bits Celebrity).Other than that, you may complain for the loss of your account for as long as you like, unless you follow the rules from now on like a normal user would, or unless you don't "phone your friends, Mr. Lincoln, Mr. Hamilton, Mr. Jackson, Mr. Grant or Mr. Franklin" aka. donate some more, we don't care about your disabled account, since you did not cared for our hard work and you kept abusing your expired donor status, making a lot of new h&r's.As a disabled non regular donor or as a disabled regular user with h&r's, you get only one 56 days redemption chance, with download privileges revoked during the redemption period.You may only seed during that time.Afterwards, if you fail, it's bye bye Kansas.So, yes, starting from today, non regular donors will have a limited number of 100 h&r's slots, anything beyond that means account disabled.H&r's slots for regular monthly donors (HD-Bits Celebrity) are UNLIMITED Regarding donations, any minimum amount is welcomed, starting from $5.We will use the money gathered from donations to provide you with a better filesharing experience, we will rent faster seedboxes and we will introduce an autoupload bot, all for you.We will also pay the monthly server bill, which doesn't come cheap.We will never use the money gathered from donations for our personal purposes.No worries, there's no sugar, just like the commercial used to say.Be good to us, constantly and in return we will be good to you, constantly. **Requests rules update: From now on, only HD-Bits Celebrity classes and above or users with a decent overall seed time, 5 TB uploaded and ratio over 4 may make requests.All other requests will be rewarded with a random time warning, at our discretion.

Last but not least, global freeleech will be available untill the end of the year, so make good use of it, after the end of the year only complete blurays will be freeleech and there will be no more global freeleech sessions, ever.
