You're right, I was having this debate with someone else. It's mostly the language of the interface, which more or less translates to the nature/origin of content. Where it's hosted, or the country of its creator, are irrelevant.
That's why in my original post, I said,
"Of course it doesn't always make sense to list or categorize a tracker under a certain country, but for those cases where it does, this is THE list that you want to check out."
For a lot of trackers, we won't even categorize them by country because it just doesn't make sense. I guess this applies to most of the 'U.S' trackers on the list you sent.
