I have BCG, dont know the other, and I like it very much... the Seed Point system is wonderfull... you'll never be banned for low ratio as long you keep seeding, even if theres no one leeching....

BCG opens signup very often, when accounts get disabled, but for a very short time, you probably won't have time to fill in all the fields.
there are several tutorials on how to sign up there, do a search.

As for bG, they don't open signup, but it's very easy to get an invite, check the giveaway section.

imho your better off with bG, it's better, no set of complicated stupid rules like on BCG, better interface, and it's very easy to make a good buffer.

i searched invites for Bg but they all r closed
