It has better content, better speed.
More torrents.
Extremely organized, all single episodes are deleted after the season is complete and put into a single torrent [that makes the no. of torrents even more fascinating]
More seeders, more users.

Extremely good bonus system which makes you want to seed torrents for months, you rarely find a dead torrent.
+ a lot more, for example the TV favorites thing is awesome, you can choose TV shows to put in your favorites, and you can see when the next episode will be aired and other stuff.

how hard is it to get into BTN? im only a member of one other private tracker site as no others usually interest me. but this seems like its done properly!

FreshonTV is my favorite.
It's a place I particularly given its easy to seed and its FreeLeech on any HD streams and some packs.
It gives me the best tracker TV
BitmeTv is may be more complete, but relatively difficult to seed as a major consumers of Series and HD content.
