I guess Quorks has the most content and peers. HDSource and HDCenter for HD.

TS-Tracker= best speed (even on older torrents) very hard to get in
Quorks = a lot of contents, freeleech, easy to get in
HDSource= HD Tracker with a lot of contents, lot of peers, easy to get in
HDCenter=HD Tracker with own High Quality Encodes (HDC), not so big like HDSource but hard to get in

I would stay away from anything German in p2p world =)

Sry to disapointed you guys but TS is not the best german tracker,it's the most requested tracker. The best german tracker is BTF and the best HD tracker is HDC
