which tracker is the best alternative for bitGamer, i'm looking for new games not old games like underground gamer.

BlackCatGames, Underground gamer, gazelle games, or can pretty much get them of any 0 day tracker

IPT is one of the good alternative.

Blackcats is easily the best. Invites are not difficult to get. If you open a thread in the request section there is a good chance that one of our fine members will give it to you for free.
