It appears Washington State quarterback Luke Falk will get a chance to break all the Cougars records he doesn't already own.

Coach Mike Leach said of Falk at a news conference Monday that Tuesday's Holiday Bowl "won't be his last game."

MORE:

The junior quarterback has thrown for 4,204 yards with 37 touchdowns and 10 interceptions this season entering the bowl game against Minnesota. Falk's 71.0 completion percentage trails only Baker Mayfield's 71.2 nationally, but the Oklahoma QB has attempted just 330 passes to Falk's 582.

The Times notes Falk is considered a mid-to-late-round NFL prospect should he enter the 2017 draft, with concerns about his ability to run a pro-style offense after a college career spent running Leach's frenetic up-tempo style.

But it appears Falk will have one more season to gain experience and pad out his resume in Pullman.
