WARRIORS fans were fuming after a head-high tackle left them with a man disadvantage and exposed one of the harsh hypocrisies in the game.

Isaac Luke was forced from the field after an ugly high shot from Raider Brad Abbey in the 62nd minute.

Fans were quick to fume over the harsh imbalance of the coathanger, which gave the Warriors a penalty but left them temporarily short — while the Abbey remained on the field.

Abbey’s high shot sent a scare through the Warriors, who can ill-afford to add Luke to their growing list of casualties.

“How the f*** is that ok? A complete disadvantage for the team that had the high shot committed AGAINST them?! Yet nothing for Abbey and they keep their starting 1 on the field. #Joke,” one Warriors fan wrote on Twitter.

Abbey’s high tackle sparked a brief melee between the sides, and the Raider put up his hand as he jogged back to acknowledge his wrongdoing.

Abbey’s tackle, though careless if not reckless, did appear to be without malicious intent.
