MARK LeCras has issued an apology after a video emerged of the West Coast veteran using inappropriate language in the midst of the Eagles’ flag celebrations.

LeCras sent a video message to a private group where he utters the ‘C’ word following West Coast’s premiership win over Collingwood.

But the footage soon circulated far enough for the forward to write an apology on social media this afternoon.

"Let me set the scene here," LeCras says in the video.

"Grand final, playing Collingwood, we're down by five goals... i think you ----s know what happened."

LeCras took to Instagram to apologise for his language.

“I am extremely embarrassed that a video post using unacceptable language that I sent to a private group has been circulated publicly,” LeCras wrote.

“I unreservedly apologise for the use of that language and any offence it has caused.

“I take full responsibility for this error.”
