With the Steelers resting starters on Sunday there's actually a chance the Browns can pull off another victory. Should the 49ers lose to the Seahawks, they'll both finish 2-14, and the Browns will lose the No. 1 pick on tiebreakers.
Still, the Browns would rather have a win.

"I would hope that you don't sacrifice a win over a pick,'' Terrelle Pryor said. "Geez, this thing's about winning. I would hope that isn't our thing, because I'm playing this game for the wrong reasons. Definitely. I don't care what the record is, I play this game to win.
Even with the Steelers resting stars Ben Roethlisberger, Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell, Pittsburgh is a 5 1/2 point favorite to give the Browns their 15th loss.
