The slumping Giants are ready to make a power move.

With ace Madison Bumgarner set to miss the next two months and the offense struggling to produce runs (ranked 21st in MLB), San Francisco on Monday purchased the contract of top prospect Christian Arroyo from Triple-A Sacramento.

Arroyo, 21, will serve as the club's everyday third baseman, moving Eduardo Nunez to left field.

Despite his gaudy numbers and considerable talent, Arroyo does not project as an impact fantasy aspect right away.
