hip-hop superstar 50 Cent is getting a second chance to make a first pitch, and in the place where he became internet infamous by being famously inept. The Mets are open to giving Fiddy, nee Curtis Jackson, the ball again, four years after his wayward (that's worse than "errant," right?) toss at Citi Field, one of the worst first pitches in history. The club got wind of the performer's desire Thursday.

Hey @50cent , we heard you’re ready to redeem yourself?! Here is your invite to throw out a first pitch this season. Toss a strike this time! #50FirstPitch https://t.co/WUZlUTHbHK
