FREMANTLE are reportedly prepared to give up pick No.11 in exchange for Rory Lobb but want another draft selection back as part of the deal.

Lobb has nominated the Dockers as his club of choice and appears set to get his wish as Greater Western Sydney attempt to dump about $2 million from their books amid a salary cap squeeze.

However, the two clubs are yet to reach an agreement ahead of Wednesday night’s trade deadline.

The Giants hold picks 14 and 25 at this stage and could potentially offer up one of those as part of the deal, according to a report by Fairfax Media.

Pick 11 is currently Fremantle’s highest at next month’s draft after they traded pick No.6 and a future third-round selection to Port Adelaide in an exchange for picks 11, 23, 30 and 49.

Versatile key forward-ruckman Lobb would be a valuable addition to a Dockers attack that lacks reliable marking targets and has ranked in the competition’s bottom three for the past three seasons.

Fremantle also remains open to re-engaging with Melbourne on a deal for Jesse Hogan despite making the shock move to put talks on hold late last week.
