Well, this is a weird press release from Samsung – it addresses the rumors circling the Galaxy Note9 (due to be unveiled tomorrow). It keeps things ambiguous and mostly sticks to what was shown in the short teaser videos, but it’s rare to see a company acknowledge rumors at all.

The three main points that mentioed are the battery (whole day battery life), the storage (more than the Note8) and gaming (the exclusivity on Fortnite).

No concrete numbers are given, but it’s not hard to make an educated guess. The Note8 had 64GB storage as base and a maximum capacity of 256GB. Since storage almost always increases two-fold each step, this essentially means 128GB as base and 512GB on the top model.

With pre-orders already open for both the phone and its accessories, it feels like the best way for Samsung to handled rumors is to just unveil the device. Again, that happens tomorrow and we’ll be reporting live so check back with us.
