Just days after we told you the Samsung J720F is arriving as Galaxy J7 Duo in India, we received a photo in our inbox from a sales training session, revealing all of the phone’s key specs. The new device is coming with a Super AMOLED display, dual cameras, latest OS and 4G capabilities.

A 5.5” Super AMOLED display with HD resolution means the phone will have standard 16:9 ratio screen. The camera on the back is similar to the 13 MP + 5 MP setup of the Galaxy C7 (2017), but with a less impressive f/1.9 aperture on the main sensor.

The octa-core 1.6 GHz processor is the CPU on the year-old Exynos 7870 Octa chipset, paired with Mali T830 GPU. The OS is listed as Android Oreo 8.0, meaning the Galaxy J7 Duo will have latest Samsung Experience 9.0 user interface.

The battery capacity of 3,000 mAh might not sound overly impressive, but we’ve already tested the Galaxy A5 (2017) with the very same chipset and same power cell. It had an excellent result of 95h endurance rating. The Galaxy J7 Duo should also offer a removable battery allowing you to care a spare if that's not enough.

The phone will arrive in Black, Blue, and Gold sometime in April.
