No, never tried.
But i heard that if Sony caught you play a downloaded game that not original, they will ban your device and won't be able to turn it on again.

So, i think i won't try since it seems a sacrifice of my device.

But what I'm sure about that if you don't play online at all, turn off the Wi-Fi and the Lan from your PS4 forever then you can open your playstation and download every game you want for free but no online only offline.
And do not let your device smell an internet either by WiFi or Ethernet cable.

in a year 2 or 3 good games comes out . i want to explore others low rated games also without wasting money on them.

Yes, we all don't want to waste money on them. But i think download and play games on powerful PC will be much lower cost than PS4. I like PS4 because I play with my friends online. That's why.

PS5 will be in 2020 i think. Nothing official AFAIK.
