PTN hasn't blocked Windows 10. They have a running poll wheather users like it or not, but to my knowledge there is no Windows 10 block yetQuote:

no tracker is blocking is windows 10. those three trackers that supposedly blocked windows 10 are just trying to grab attention. publicity stunt, nothing more.
