What tracker/ripper has the best encodes for a smaller size?

I want 1080p movies for under 6gb who is the best ripper/tracker for that?

You can try YIFY or EVO but be warned the quality is going to be terrible. They're only intent on getting their releases out first. For a bit larger than 6GB you can go with GECKOS or a SPARKS 720p rip will be around 6GB. Is there a reason why it needs to be under 6GB?
