I cant download anything from what.cd torrents stuck in utorrent and it telling status offline

thx man so that mean they already had some issues they work on or DDoS still hitting them

You can see from the main page there. Last update was yesterday I think and it was that the tracker got hit by DDOS again. It would remain down until the attack is over.
